In the Fresno, California, community of Fowler, locals remarked that a dog who had recently given birth went two kilometers each day to obtain food and feed her puppies. Krystle Woodward, the founder of the animal rescue facility Pinky Paws ResQ, was notified that the dog had been spotted in the neighborhood before inexplicably returning to take care of her young puppies.

It wasn’t until last Thursday that Krystle was able to save Betty Boop, a committed mother, and her ten little puppies from certain death. Although Krystle had learned about the dog over two months earlier, no one had been able to capture her.

“Then, following work, I remained up late at the animal hospital. I had to check to make sure I wasn’t infected. After the doctor revealed that he was nursing, I sobbed all night long. I kept picturing all those pups starving to die in agony.

Betty Boop attempted to scale the fence on Friday as she raced outside to do so. To return to her puppies, the mother had to do everything.

Krystle had now started her search for Betty Boop’s puppies.

The puppies were discovered in the basement of an abandoned property, according to YourCentralValley. To assist in rescuing the puppies from underground, Krystle summoned her friend’s son, Kenneth Stoen, an elementary school student.
